I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I view each client as an individual with their own unique strengths, so we will take a client centered approach to fit your needs. My goal is to meet you where you are at- this is your life and I am merely a guide and an advisor. I approach therapy by looking at generational patterns since systemic issues play a role in subconscious beliefs and self limiting behaviors that can lead to relationship problems and unsatisfactory attachments. I believe that as people become aware and accepting of themselves and others, they are more capable of discovering happiness, authenticity and fulfillment in their lives.
